Major Fundraising Event Cancelled

A major local fundraising event that’s been held for the past 27 years – and raised over a million pounds for charity in that time – has had to be cancelled.
Organisers of the Kilworth Challenge have been unable to secure affordable insurance for the event, which should have taken place this weekend.
It’s hoped the event, which sees teams ensure a series of challenges including an obstacle course, will return next year.
