Haborough Bakery Named One Of UK’s Best

A family-run bakery in Market Harborough is celebrating being named one of the best in the UK.
The Garage Bakehouse has made it onto a prestigious top 50 list compiled by the Good Food Guide.
It’s a big achievement for the bakery owned by brother and sister Dan and Lauren Cadoo, which true to its name, started life in an empty garage on Roman Way in 2014.
As it grew in popularity, the firm expanded into a former family-owned hair salon next-door and in recent years has opened a production facility on Welland Business Park and the Garage Pizza shop on Northampton Road.
The bakery is the only one in Leicestershire and Northamptonshire to be included on the list and Lauren told HFM how it feels:

The bakery now employs around 20 people and as well as selling directly to customers, also supplies a number of local shops and pubs.
