New HMO Plan Recommended For Go-Ahead

The plan for an 18-bed House In Multiple Occupation (HMO) in Market Harborough is being recommended for the go-ahead.
Developers want to create it on Coventry Road by partly demolishing and extending a two-storey building, previously used as accommodation for Brooke House College students.
Former student accommodation would be converted if the plan is approved
14 objections to the plan have been received by the council, together with one letter of support.
Councillors will consider the application at a meeting next week and if approved it will become the biggest HMO in the town.
