On-The-Run Prisoner Has Links To Leics & Northants

Police say and on-the-run prisoner could be in Leicestershire or Northamptonshire.
Rhys Allen absconded from HMP Sudbury – an open prison in Derbyshire – in the early hours of Sunday.

Officers have released a picture of the 30-year-old, who they say has links to both counties.
Allen, who is around 5ft 10ins tall, of slim build, with brown eyes, was serving an eight-year sentence for aggravated burglary and possession of a firearm,
