Appeal After Dogs Stolen Near Lubenham

A dog owner has been left devastated after his two pets were stolen from his home near Lubenham.
The female Spaniels named Indy and Velmer were taken from a kennel in the back garden of John Asher’s house during the early hours of Saturday.
Indy, who is black and white in colour is 10 years old, while chocolate-coloured Velmer is aged 14 months.

John, who lives off Marston Road on the Leicestershire/Northamptonshire border, discovered the kennel door open and the dogs missing on Saturday morning and alerted Police.
He spoke to HFM:
Northamptonshire Police are investigating the theft and anyone with information or may have seen the dogs since, is urged to call 101, quoting reference 24000609528.
