The surgery is unable to answer phone calls or access any patient information, as its main computer system is down.

Patients with pre-booked appointments can still attend, but those with non-urgent conditions who need to speak to someone are being advised to contact the NHS 111 service, or seek advice from a pharmacy.

Anyone with an urgent medical condition should call 999.
