Concern At Rise In Animal Cruelty Reports

The RSPCA has received over 1,200 reports of cruelty to animals in Leicestershire and Northamptonshire so far this year.
It is feared the number could rise sharply over the coming weeks, as cases particularly peak during summer months.
727 reports have been received in Leicestershire this year and 501 in Northamptonshire.
