Fundraiser Completes 1st Of 3 Triathlons In Six Weeks

A fundraiser from Fleckney has completed the first of three triathlons in six weeks in support of Leicestershire Wildlife Hospital.
Dani Wills swam 750 metres, covered 20 km on her bike and ran 5km in under two hours at Burghley House near Stamford on Sunday.

The animal lover has so far raised over £500 in sponsorship for the Kibworth-based charity, smashing her original target of £300.
Dani’s training has now resumed as the big challenge continues with her second triathlon in 3-weeks time at Blenheim Palace on 1st June, and the third at Rutland Water on 23rd June.
