Ethan’s 100-mile Run Raises Over £10,000

A Market Harborough man is celebrating completing a 100-mile run and raising over £10,000 for a charity close to his heart.

Ethan Marsh trekked from Hunstanton in Norfolk back to Harborough as he completed the big challenge in one day, running for 19 hours through rain, snow and thick fog.

Ethan, who only took up running earlier this year and is now a regular at Market Harborough Parkrun, wanted to raise money for mental health charity MIND, after he suffered with his mental health in the past.

A group of running friends joined him on the final stage of the journey on Saturday, before family and friends gathered to see him cross the finish line in Welland Park.

Ethan is thanking all who supported him, including Callum Godfrey from town firm Harborough CCTV, who travelled in a support car along the route.
