New Sushi Restaurant Opens In Market Harborough

Market Harborough’s first Japanese restaurant has opened on Abbey Street.
Su & Shi is the brainchild of the owners of the Everest Lounge restaurant, who wanted to bring a Sushi venue to the town centre.

Ten jobs have been created by the opening and more positions are set to be made available soon.
The restaurant is also the first in Harborough to have a robot assisting waiting staff.
