New Album from Harborough Singer Ione

A popular, Market Harborough singer/songwriter is launching her first full album today (Fri 3rd Nov).
Called ‘Curative’, it’s Ione Banks’ first release through the town’s community record label, ‘Somewhere Records’ – and is available as a physical CD as well as through all the main streaming and download services.
Musicians playing on the album include One Direction’s touring drummer Josh Devine and local guitarist Martin Storey.
Ione says she worked on it for around eighteen months in total, and admits it has a generally more ‘grungy’ sound than her previous material.
She told HFM the album name ‘Curative’ really represents what it’s all about…
