Appeal After Pedestrian Dies In Crash On M1

Police are appealing for witnesses after a pedestrian was killed in a collision with a lorry on the M1 near Lutterworth this morning.
It happened just after 7.45am on the northbound carriageway close to junction 20.
The pedestrian was pronounced deceased at the scene while the driver was not injured.
Officers are keen to hear from anyone who saw the collision or the circumstances leading up to it or who has any dashcam footage relating to the incident.
The northbound carriageway remains closed while investigations into the collision continue.
