Work Underway To Restore Electricity
Written by HFM News on 10th March 2023
Work is underway to restore electricity in part of Market Harborough.
143 properties in the Leicester Road area, Gartree and part of Great Bowden were initially affected by the outage just after 10am, but most have since had supplies restored.
National Grid say work is on-going to get power back to 38 remaining customers.
The problem was caused by a fault with an overhead line conductor, thought to be linked to this morning’s snow.
A spokesperson told HFM: “We apologise for the problem and hope to have all customers back on power by 2.15pm.”
