Police are trying to trace a Ukrainian refugee after a handbag was found in Market Harborough town centre.
Officers believe it belongs to Miss Polina Volkova, who is staying with a family here as part of the ‘Homes For Ukraine’ scheme.
Enquiries by officers have failed to find her and they are keen to return the handbag and its contents.
It can be collected from the front office of Market Harborough Police Station between 10am and 4pm Monday to Friday.
