Plans Announced For New Care Home Complex In Kibworth

Plans have been announced to build a new care home complex in Kibworth Beauchamp which would create 60 full-time jobs.
The 72-bedroom facility for the elderly is earmarked for two acres of land off Fleckney Road, adjacent to The Nurseries.
Tanglewood Care Homes, who operate 14 similar homes in Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire and Leicestershire, say the complex would include a cafe, bar, hair salon, cinema, games room, landscaped grounds and quiet wellness lounges.
The company adds there is a need for such a facility in the area and has submitted a planning application to Harborough District Council.
