Driver Dies & Passenger Seriously Injured After Van Crashes Into Brook

A man has died after the van he was driving crashed off a road in Great Glen and came to rest in a brook.
The passenger, a woman, suffered serious injuries and remains in a critical but stable condition in hospital.
The crash happened on London Road at around 9.45pm yesterday, as the Ford Transit panel van was travelling towards the Glen Gorse roundabout.
Police are appealing for witnesses and want to hear from anyone who saw the vehicle beforehand.
Officers are also appealing for any dash-cam footage which may assist with the investigation.
