Cyclists Urged To Slow Down On Towpaths
Written by HFM News on 21st October 2020
Cyclists using canal towpaths in and around Market Harborough are being urged to slow down.
The Canal and River Trust says some are going too fast, putting pedestrians at risk.
The waterways charity has launched a new campaign entitled ‘stay kind and slow down’ to raise awareness of the issue.
More people have been using towpaths beside the Grand Union Canal during the coronavirus pandemic.
