Plans Unveiled For Harborough’s Christmas Fayre
Written by HFM News on 11th September 2020
There will be a Christmas Fayre in Market Harborough this year, although on a smaller-scale than normal.
The traditional event will be held on The Square between 10am and 6pm on Friday, December 4th, with a range of stalls.
Coronavirus restrictions mean it can’t be held for a few hours in the evening – as it always has – because it would attract too many people, who would not be able to maintain social distancing.
Organiser Juliette Mayer, who met with council officials, told Hfm by holding it throughout the day they can spread out the number of people attending:
The plan for the event is subject to change if changes are made to current Covid-19 restrictions.
