Plans Submitted For Massive New Housing Estate

Detailed plans have been revealed for a massive new housing estate on the edge of Market Harborough.
Persimmon Homes want to build 350 homes on 36 acres of fields between Northampton Road and the Brampton Valley Way, east of the Blackberry Grange estate.

The developer has handed a planning application to Harborough Council, which identified the area for housing in its Local Plan.
A mix of homes will be built if it goes ahead, from two-bedroom terraces, to five bedroomed detached houses, including 120 affordable homes, available for rent and part ownership.
