‘Traceable Evidence’ Found In Rubbish Dumped Near Village

An investigation has been launched after rubbish was fly-tipped on a country road near Tugby.
Harborough Council say evidence found among the pile of household waste on Hallaton Road, which even included a spectacles case, could trace it back to where it came from.
