Coronavirus Forces Permanent Closure Of Harborough Gym

The impact of the Coronavirus pandemic has forced the permanent closure of a Market Harborough gym.

The Training Shed, off St Mary’s Road, has been shut since March because of the lock-down, and owners say it will not be financially viable to re-open when allowed to do so.

The company, which has been heavily involved in a number of community events in Market Harborough, has been forced to permanently shut two of its four sites across the region, but has been able to retain 90% of its staff.

It will continue to run an on-line fitness tool and is thanking customers past and present for their support.
