Anger After Person Defecated In Memorial Gardens

There is anger after someone defecated against a wall in Market Harborough’s Memorial Gardens.

Council maintenance teams discovered it this morning and immediately cleaned up the mess, which had left brown stains on the wall that bears a silhouette of a soldier.

Harborough Council leader Phil King has ordered CCTV of the area to be reviewed – he told Hfm he is appalled:

The Council is appealing to anyone who has any information about the incident to contact them.
