Horses Cause Major Damage At Golf Club

Repair work is continuing at Market Harborough Golf Club after around 50 horses and ponies ran across the course, causing thousands of pounds worth of damage.
Damage causes to the greens at Market Harborough Golf Club
The animals broke out of a neighbouring field onto the greens and fairways on Sunday, leaving them badly dug up.
Horses & Ponies got onto the course on Sunday
Specialist contractors have been drafted in to deal with the damage – electric fencing is also being installed in a bid to stop the horses getting onto the course in the future.
