Written by on 3rd January 2020

Drivers are being warned of a series of road closures in and around Market Harborough this month.

Clarence Street will shut from St Mary’s Road for three weeks from Monday to allow for water and electricity works connected with the new retirement complex there.

Leicestershire County Council also say Kettering Road will close for up to eight days from Sunday January 12th, between the Gores Lane and Glebe Road junctions, for resurfacing works, and Northampton Road will be closed overnight on the January 11th and 12th from Lathkill Street to the Leisure Centre roundabout – again for resurfacing.

A planned four-day closure of the A6 between Market Harborough and Desborough has been postponed – it was due to happen next week.
