Controlled Drinking Zones Set To Continue

Controlled drinking zones are set to continue in both Market Harborough and Lutterworth.
The legislation means people drinking in an anti-social manner can be arrested if they fail to surrender alcohol to Police.
Harborough Council is recommending a three year extension to the zones following a public consultation.
The council’s Cabinet will be asked to approve it next month.
