Stage Set For Possible Award

A Harborough Theatre venue must now wait and see if it can triumph in this years’ Royal institute of British Architects Awards – after being shortlisted alongside eleven other projects in the East Midlands.
Neville Holt Opera is based at the home of Carphone Warehouse co-founder David Ross. A new 400-seat opera house built in the stable block at the Hall, designed by architects Witherford Watson Mann, opened in June last year.
All shortlisted projects will be assessed by a regional jury – with the winning buildings announced at the RIBA Awards evening and reception in Nottingham in May.
