Business Burgled 15 Times In A Year

The owner of a business burgled 15 times in a year says he won’t let the thieves force him to shut.

Frank Beale, who owns Frank Beale Vehicle Dismantlers, based on the old Desborough Airfield, has had equipment totaling over £15,000 stolen in the past 12 months.

The latest raid last week saw intruders steal a car, batteries, diesel and even washing up liquid and crisps:

The burglars cut through a padlock to gain entry to the site off Stoke Albany Road.

Frank has told Hfm he had considered closing the business last year because of the constant burglaries, but has pledged to remain open and not let the thieves win.

No arrests have been made in connection with any of the raids – a spokesperson for Northamptonshire Police told Hfm: “We are committed to providing the best possible service to victims of crime.
