Work Start On New HQ For Joules

Work has begun to create a new multi-million pound headquarters for Market Harborough-based Joules.
It will see the transformation of Compass House on Rockingham Road and the grounds, with contractors moving onto the site to start the major project, that will see part of the former holiday firm base demolished and another area extended.
A two-storey 180-space car park will go up, landscape gardens will be created as well as two ‘mock shops’ for training and marketing purposes.

The development will centralise the fashion retailer’s head office to a single site from separate offices on The Point Business Park.
435 people currently work for Joules, although that’s expected to rise by around 100 over the next five years.
The redevelopment is set to be completed by Easter 2020.
