Work Begins To Install New Electric Charging Points
Written by HFM News on 10th March 2022
Work has begun to install ten new vehicle charging points in Market Harborough car parks.
The first are going in the St Mary’s Road West car park, before others are placed in the Angel Street and Doddridge Road car parks.
Harborough District Council is funding the £73,000 project, partly paid for by government cash.
The chargers will be available to shoppers with electric cars during the day and residents without off-street parking overnight.
Some parking bays will be out of use during the installations.
