Wombles Clean-Up Harborough Parks

Volunteers from the South Leicestershire Wombles collected over 15 bags of rubbish from Harborough parks yesterday.
The big clean up at Symington’s Recreation Ground, Welland Park, and Little Bowden Recreation Ground, was part of a county-wide litter pick for the Keep Britain Tidy campaign’s Great British Spring Clean.
Over the past month members of the group have taken over 50 bags full of rubbish from the streets and parks in the town.
