Woman Arrested After Crash In Market Harborough

A woman has been arrested on suspicion of drink driving following a crash in Market Harborough this morning.

The 64-year-old was taken into police custody after a collision at the junction of Springfield Street and Northampton Road shortly before 8am.

Three cars were involved – two of them were stationary – and no one was seriously injured.

East Midlands Ambulance Service and fire crews also attended the scene, although nobody was trapped in any of the vehicles.
