Witnesses Still Needed After Stabbing

Police say a number of people have given witness statements after a man was stabbed in Market Harborough on Friday evening.

However, officers are continuing to appeal to anyone who saw what happened, and has yet to come forward, to do so.

They are also studying CCTV footage after the attack outside Flames takeaway on the High Street, just before 7pm, which left a man with a serious wound to his chest.

A 20-year-old Leicester man arrested following the attack has been bailed pending further enquiries.

Witnesses should call Police on 101.
