Wildlife Hospital Stops Some Admissions

Leicestershire Wildlife Hospital has had to stop some admissions as it experiences the busiest time in its 40 year history.
The Kibworth-based charity is currently caring for 120 hedgehogs and 80 pigeons and has run out of space to take-in any more.

The weather is thought to have played a part in the influx and Amy Blower, Team Leader at the hospital, spoke to HFM:

The wildlife hospital is continuing to admit other wildlife and to offer advice over the phone to anyone who finds an injured hedgehog or pigeon.
