Water Supplies ‘Returning To Normal’

Severn Trent Water say water supplies in Market Harborough and Little Bowden should now be back to normal.
A burst water main on Scotland Road in Little Bowden caused taps to run dry in some areas and low pressure in others.

Engineers worked through the night on the repair and part of Scotland Road remains closed to traffic.
A Severn Trent spokesperson told HFM: “Our teams have completed the repair of the water main and all customer supplies should now be back to normal.
“We would like to apologise again for any disruption caused by this issue.
“Our team will now reinstate the road surface and get everything back to normal and the road closure lifted as quick as we can.”
