Warning To Dog Owners

Dog-owners are being urged to be vigilant after tubs of rat poison were stolen from a Market Harborough shop.

Police fear it could be used to deliberately harm pets and believe the thieves were youths linked to on-going anti-social behaviour.

Officers are urging people to be take extra care what their pets come into contact with on walks and if they suspect the poison has been placed or discarded somewhere to call them on 101.
