This festive season, transport yourself back to Christmas Eve 1849 and discover the magic of a traditional Victorian Christmas at Rockingham Castle.
Experience the Castle as it was in the 19th century, filled with candlelit Christmas trees, roaring fires, and beautiful period costume, from Thursday 28th November – Sunday 1st December & Thursday 5th – Sunday 8th December.

Weekday Guided Tours:
Thursday 28th & Friday 29th November, Thursday 5th & Friday 6th December. Join our knowledgeable guides, dressed as Housekeepers, Butlers, Governesses, or Footmen, as they lead you through the Castle. Each guide will share fascinating insights into how Christmas preparations were done in 1849, bringing the history of the Castle to life.
Weekend Free Flow Tours:
Saturday 30th November & Sunday 1st December, Saturday 7th & Sunday 8th December.
