Two People Hurt In B6047 Crash

Two people have been taken to hospital after a serious crash on the B6047 just outside Market Harborough.
One had to be cut free from the wreckage of a vehicle by fire crews.
It happened just before 11am between the Innovation Centre roundabout and the Gartree/Great Bowden Crossroads.
Two fire crews – four ambulances and the air ambulance attended the scene.
The extent of injuries suffered by those involved has not been revealed.
The road was closed but re-opened just before 2pm.
