The Nevil Holt Theatre has picked up a major award, thanks to public support.

Nevill Holt Theatre

The venue – home of Nevill Holt Opera – has won the Royal Institute of British Architects’ Stirling Prize People’s Vote.

And it just missed out on the overall Stirling prize at the awards, which are recognised as the highest accolade in UK architecture.

Designed by architects Witherford Watson Mann, the theatre opened last June.
