School Closes Due To No Heating

Kibworth Mead Academy is closed to students today because the school has no heating.

Parents and carers were alerted after the problem was discovered early this morning.

The school says it will keep them updated and a spokesperson told HFM: “Unfortunately we are closed today, due to an issue with the heating.

“We currently have engineers looking into to the problem and hope to be open as usual tomorrow.”
