‘Reject New Kibworth Homes Plan,’ Says MP

Harborough’s MP is urging council bosses to reject a controversial plan for 400 new homes in Kibworth.

Neil O’Brien says the fact the proposal for 81 acres of fields between Wistow Road and Warwick Road is in contravention of a recently-adopted Neighbourhood Plan, is a strong enough reason for permission to be refused.

Manor Oak Homes revealed the plan, which also includes space for a new primary school, earlier this month and submitted a planning application to Harborough Council.
