Primary School Pupils To Get £10 Book Voucher

Every primary school pupil in Market Harborough and the Bowdens is to be given a book voucher worth £10.
The initiative is being launched by the Harborough-based Howard Watson Symington Memorial Charity, who will provide funding of around £16,000 to make it happen.
The charity will team up with seven primary schools in Market Harborough, Little Bowden and Great Bowden to distribute the vouchers, which will see around 1,600 youngsters able to use them at Quinns Bookshop in Market Harborough.
The scheme is aimed at encouraging youngsters to enjoy reading,
