Power Cut In Part Of Market Harborough

A power cut is affecting part of southern Market Harborough.

457 properties were initially affected, including on the Southern Estate and Farndon Fields Estate.

Western Power Distribution say the majority had electricity restored by 10am, although 29 still have no power.

A spokesperson told Hfm and underground cable fault caused the outage and they hope to have the remaining properties re-connected by 1pm.

They company has apologised for the inconvenience caused.
