Plans For 350 New Homes Revealed

Plans have been announced for 350 new homes on the outskirts of Market Harborough.
Persimmon Homes is behind the proposal for land east of Blackberry Grange, off Northampton Road.
The land in question is identified for housing development in Harborough Council’s proposed local plan, although it warns of the potential for it to increase traffic congestion on Northampton Road into the town centre.
The firm is hosting a public exhibition next Tuesday (January 22nd) between 4pm and 7pm at Harborough Town Football Club for people to find out more, ahead of a planning application being submitted to the Council.
