Plans Approved For 400 New Homes On Harborough Estates

Over 400 more houses will be built on two new estates on the edge of Market Harborough.

Councillors approved plans at a meeting last night for 315 additional homes at Airfield Farm off Leicester Road, and 123 off Kettering Road, when the second phase of Overstone Park development begins.

A separate planning application for a new school and community centre on the Overstone Park site, where 600 homes will eventually be built, is still to be considered.
