Written by HFM News on 23rd August 2021
Over 1,000 youngsters aged under 18 across Harborough have now had a Coronavirus vaccine.
Those aged 16 and over were invited to get a jab earlier this month at drop-in clinics in Leicestershire, and from today 16 and 17-year-olds can book an appointment via the NHS website.
Latest figures show 1,070 teenagers aged under 18 living in the Harborough District have had one vaccine, including some aged over-12, who have underlying conditions, or live with others at high risk.
In total, over 136,000 vaccines have been administered to people across Harborough since December.
