New Plans Announced For Former Harborough Nightclub

New plans have been announced to re-develop the former Enigma Nightclub in Market Harborough.
A planning application to turn it into three apartments and a ten-bed HMO (a house in multiple occupation) has been handed in.
It replaces a previous scheme approved in 2017/18 for five apartments.
The Café Bar and Restaurant will be unaffected, if planning permission is granted for the redevelopment of the second floor of the building on Coventry Road:
Harborough District Council is expected to consider the plan within the next three months.
