A five-metre wide gravel track will run through the site from the existing access point, providing access to all four fields and allowing space for vehicle and agricultural movements.

A mesh fence will be erected around the exercise areas.

The site will operate seven days a week during daylight hours, with summer opening times from 6am to 8pm, and reduced winter hours as no external lighting will be provided.

Users will be able to book 45-minute time slots via an online system, with 15 minutes allowed for arrival and departure, ensuring a maximum of two cars travel to and from each pen per hour.

The facility will also be managed through an online booking system, with regular inspections carried out to ensure proper use and maintenance. Access gates will be secured with a code provided to users.
