New Business Park Plan Withdrawn For Second Time

The plan to build a new business park on the outskirts of Market Harborough has been withdrawn for a second time.
15 office, business and warehouse units were proposed for land between Leicester Road and the canal, close to the Forest Gate garage, with a revised planning application lodged with Harborough District Council earlier this year.
No reason has been given for the withdrawal, although concerns about how the development would be screened from the canal had been raised by the council’s Conservation Officer, who also objected to the first proposal.
