A ‘topping-out ceremony’ has been held as a new business centre in Market Harborough starts to take shape.
The last beam has installed at the top of the three-storey building going up on the Compass Point Business Park off Northampton Road.
Harborough Council is behind the £7.9m ‘Grow-On Space’ project, which will provide 19,000 sq ft of offices for between 10 and 15 expanding local firms.
It has the potential to create around 230 jobs and bring £20m into the local economy when it opens towards the end of the year.

The Council is funding the building after securing £3.3m from the European Regional Development Fund and £1m from the Leicester and Leicestershire Enterprise Partnership, known as the LLEP.
