It’s a mystery why someone decided to cover a bench in a Kibworth park in cling film, bubble wrap and other plastic wrapping.
It happened at the former skate park area at the Warwick Road recreation ground.
Harborough Council, who were called to clear it up, have described it as ‘very odd.’
